Kareena Kapoor met up with Katrina Kaif now

Bollywood is the place for the unlikeliest of friendships to spring up. Egos, the numbers game and link-ups often come in the way of true bonding. But cocking a snook at all these cliches, there is an unlikely friendship budding. Especially because it is between the reigning queens of Bollywood.

A little birdie told us that Kareena Kapoor met up with Katrina Kaif recently and the two exchanged pleasantries.

Our source said, “Katrina was shooting for Yashraj Films’ Mere Brother Ki Dulhan at Pataudi. Kareena who happened to be there, dropped by to catch up with the actress. They greeted each other with a lot of warmth.”

Katrina is one of the actresses that Kareena is genuinely fond of. Our source added, “Kareena finds Katrina very sweet. What touches her most is that Katrina always makes the first move to say hello. She also finds Katrina genuine and a warm person at heart.”

Besides Katrina, the other actress Kareena is fond of, is Priyanka Chopra. Kareena apparently thinks Priyanka is a brilliant actress.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan uncomfortable with Hrithik in ‘Guzaarish’

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Hrithik Roshan share a sparking chemistry on-screen and their steamy lip lock in blockbuster ‘Dhoom 2’ had created stirs nationwide, so much so that father-in-law Amitabh Bachchan had the makers of the film delete the scene.

Once again, Bachchan Bahu is in a dilemma for her forthcoming release ‘Guzaarish’ with Hrithik again has a steamy scene between the two actors which could create an uncomfortable situation for her when the movie hits the screens. Sources reveal that Aishwarya has had a debate with director Sanjay Leela Bhansali over deleting the scene from the film and though the filmmaker is not sure whether or not to have it removed from ‘Guzaarish’, chances are there that the hot and intimate scene would be removed in the best interests of everyone.

Now, whether the interest of the leading lady wins over the interest of the film, is all to be waited and watched….

I miss my brother Harsh terribly: Sonam Kapoor

Contrary to her glamorous image, actress Sonam Kapoor claims she’s quite a geek and is addicted to her gaming console.

She feels her brother Harsh, who is studying abroad, is the only one who really understands her need.

“I miss my brother Harsh terribly. He is the one person who understands my spaciness and geekiness and my need to play with my X-box,” Sonam posted on micro blogging site Twitter.

SRK and Hrithik Roshan joins hand again after 10 years

Ten years after they shared screen space together in ’Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gam’, Shah Rukh Khan and Hrithik Roshan will be seen together again in Farhan Akhtar’s ’Don 2’.

’Don 2’, a sequel to Farhan’s earlier 2007 release ’Don’, which starred Shah Rukh and Priyanka Chopra, is currently being shot in Berlin .

Sources close to Hrithik are tight lipped about the actor’s role in the film which stars SRK, Priyanka, Lara Dutta, Boman Irani among others. "It’s a cameo is all that one knows," sources said.

Farhan Akhtar returns to direction with ’Don 2’ and jointly produces it with Ritesh Sidhwani for Excel Films. Hrithik is in Berlin for the film’s shooting. Sources said the actor would be there for a week.

According to reports, Hrithik has shot some daring stunts for the film.

Hrithik agreed to do a cameo in ’Don 2’ as director-producer Farhan Akhtar is his childhood friend. He worked with Farhan earlier in ’Lakshya’.

Hrithik has also worked with Farhan’s sister Zoya Akhtar. He did a cameo in ’Luck by Chance’ and plays lead in the currently under-production film ’Zindagi Na Milegi Dobaara’, both films directed by Zoya.

Farhan too is one of the male leads of ’Zindagi....’ along with Hrithik and Abhay Deol.

Aishwarya is ready for next flick

There is no stopping this talented director. After successfully adapting Shakespeare to an Indian milieu and making other critically acclaimed movies, Vishal Bharadwaj is aiming higher now. Currently working on Dream Sequence with Naseeruddin Shah’s son Vivaan in the lead, Bharadwaj met up with the Bachchan bahu Aishwarya recently.

Our source said, “Bharadwaj briefed Ash about a project he has in mind. He met up with her for a short while. A full-fledged meeting is round the corner where the filmmaker and the actress will have a more in-depth discussion.”

Apparently, Vishal is kicked about female oriented themes. “After Saat Khoon Maaf and Kaminey with Priyanka Chopra, the filmmaker is keen to work with other actresses as well. Also, with things not falling into place with Saif Ali Khan, Vishal feels that is far easier to work on subjects based on women,” said our source.
