Most of the directors are refusing to cast Asin in films.

After giving two of the biggest hits (Ghajini and Ready) in Bollywood, we probably expected Asin Thottumkal to be in every directors wishlist.

But what’s shocking is that currently, the actress has only one project in hand and that is Housefull 2. Zarine Khan and Jacqueline Fernandez have already been cast as the other two leading ladies, which means Asin will have to share her screen space with them.

Says a trade source, “She has just one film, Housefull 2, in which she will share screen space with Jacqueline Fernandez and Zarine Khan.”

If the buzz is to be believed, Asin is quoting the same price as the likes of Kareena Kapoor and Katrina Kaif. This is the main reason why most directors are refusing to cast her in films.

Rumors also have it that the Kollywood producers and directors are unhappy about the fact that she ignored them when she started receiving offers from Bollywood.

Asin say no to Bikini in Housefull 2

The south beauty Asin Thottumkal, who has achieved new heights in Bollywood with the success of her latest movie, ‘Ready’, has her ‘line of limits’ as well as makes sure that she in no way crosses it and may be that is why she refused to do a bikini scene in Sajid Khan’s upcoming movie ‘Housefull 2’.

The news says that, when she was asked to sport a bikini, she bluntly rejected. The filmmakers had to give in her wish and so, Jacqueline Fernandez came into the scene. Now, the film will have Jacqueline adding some glamour quotient to the film.

Well, through this act of Asin’s, anybody can very easily tell that she’s not an actress who needs to show herself off to reach heights.

As for the movie, it is produced by Sajid Nadiawala and directed by Sajid Khan.

It has stars Asin, John Abraham, Jacqueline Fernandez, Zarine Khan and Shazahn Padamsee along with previous ‘Housefull’ stars Riteish Deshmukh and Akshay Kumar in the lead.

I always want to be good role play: Asin

Asin ready soon be seen in the movie are coming. After it is his second film London Dreams. In this regard he says that he does not like movies constantly. He does not have an ear for them to remain in the media. They want their work priority and that their own people let them.

Asin said that they heard and satisfied without the script can not just banner-name films. For me my script first, then character, then director, then co-star banner and then are important. I always want to be good role play. I believe that I am not sure of too much money or fame.

Fame as I should get my land in the south. I must admit our heritage. Bollywood films to be consistent not my cup of tea. Gossip news, listen to or read my energy in that waste, I did not ever thinking that Bollywood movies do constantly here.

Asin has pairs up with Shahrukh Khan

Asin made her debut with Aamir Khan; followed it up with two films with Salman Khan; and now she is tipped to land the leading role opposite Shahrukh Khan in the movie adaptation of Chetan Bhagat’s semi-autobiographical book 2 States.

Yes, we hear that Asin is the most favoured on the wishlist of producer Sajid Nadiadwala and director Vishal Bhardwaj to bag the role of a south Indian girl who falls in love with a Punjabi guy to be played by Shahrukh.

Asin, who is already working in Nadiadwala’s production Housefull 2, recently met up with the producer and director to discuss the film. Both the producer and the director feel she is best suited for the role and Asin, too, is excited about the prospect of working with Shahrukh and that too in a Bhardwaj film.

The actress is learnt to have given her nod to the project, though we are still waiting for an official confirmation.

All said, we wonder how Salman Khan, her co-star of London Dreams and the upcoming Ready, will take the news of Asin bagging a film with Shahrukh.
