Actress Vidya's fake image floated in Magazine cover

Bollywood Actress Vidya is in the middle of untrue images around her.

After actress Sonakshi Sinha was floated in a swimsuit over a magazine cover last December, now it’s the switch to Vidya being transformed in a black bikini for a well-known men’s magazine’s annual 2011 edition.

ActressVidya was terrified at this incident and was quick to react. She reiterated the fact that “how come a picture of me in a bikini can appear on an online magazine cover provided I have not even shot for it”. She also added that she’d be taking a strong legal action against the culprits.

Actress Vidya Balan goes to Bengal Commerical

Actress Vidya Balan has right now tied up with popular Bengali band Chandrabindoo for a new television advertisement.

The rock band’s new track Jaani Naa from other first album Aar Jani Na has been used in Nihar Naturals oil advert, where actress Vidya plays a Bengali homemaker

The 33-year-old Bollywood celebrity, who made her performing debut with Bengali film Bhalo Theko in 2003, is also the hair oil’s brand ambassador.

The Kerala-born Vidya, who has usually considered West Bengal to become her second home, has also sang two lines in the advertisement.

"The Bengali woman happens to be very intelligent and progressive in her thinking. She can look out of it when brands try to sell tall promises to her. She will judge for herself in regards to what is acceptable and what’s not. The brand also is sincere, straightforward and simple," Vidya said.

Of the galaxy of Bollywood beauties, Vidya Balan is fast becoming a supernova. Latest, she’s been voted the hottest vegetarian.

Vidya has been sweeping Best Actress awards lately and now she’s topped an online poll by the animal rights organization PETA, People for Ethical Treatment of Animals.

Vidya and Shashi Tharoor, former union minister of state for external affairs, have been voted the hottest vegans. Vidya beat competition from other powerful contenders like Lara Dutta, Mallika Sherawat, Kareena Kapoor and even the recent Golden Globe winner Natalie Portman.

Tharoor scored over the likes of Amitabh Bachchan, Shahid Kapoor and Madhavan to become the hottest male vegan.

“Vidya Balan and Shashi Tharoor embody many admirable qualities, but their commitment to a vegetarian diet that’s as kind to animals and the earth as it is to their own health makes them true royalty in our book,” Poorva Joshipura, chief of PETA, said in a statement.
